Strategy
Have a ranger pull the 2 guards out of Salisenor's room. Or walk into Salisenor and run out, seeing as Salisenor doesn't follow.
Let the tank get 3-4 hits then let melee go. If you are using a paladin tank let someone steal agro then ress them. This will give perma agro. Assassins with max Perforate will take him down 3k hp a tick, but be careful with agro. Priests need 2k mana pots to keep up mana. Other than that Salisenor is pretty easy to kill.
